Human Resources Manager, ESTECO
Sergio Benedetti graduated in Electronical Engineering at the University of Trieste. After many years of experience in ESTECO as a Software Developer and manager of the Enterprise Applications Team, he started focusing on improvement of the development process and team management. Sergio is currently the Human Resources Manager of the technical area, working on aspects like attraction and selection of technical staff, engagement and career development.
